World Marrow Donor Association (WMDA) and Héma-Québec commit themselves to respect the confidentiality of participants’ information for the 13th International Donor Registry Conference and WMDA Working Group Meetings.

Personal data will be processed for the period necessary as required by law for company auditing and financial purposes.
How is the data protected?
We make every reasonable efforts to ensure an appropriate level of security. We enact regular maintenance and technical vigilance to protect personal data. Our network is protected and routinely monitored. Unfortunately, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
Who has access or can use the data?
Personal data is only accessible to a limited number of personnel including appropriately trained staff and contractors.
